高血压患者长程心功率谱分析结果的重复性研究
摘要
objective: To investigate the repeatability of the result on 24 hour heart rate power spectral analysis Methods: 45 DCG data of high blood pressure patients were analyzed thrice by the same software of 24 hours heart rate power spectrum to compare the difference of the result between two technical personnel. Results: The result of the same DCG data analysis between two technicians were of no significant difference ( P > 0.05). The result of the same DCG data analysis by one of the two technicians one month later was still of no significant difference. ( P > 0.05). Conclusion: The repeatability of 24 hour heart rate power spectral analysis based on different factors plays an important role in scientific research and clinical practice.
