Fuzzy, Multi-hierarchic and Synthetic Evaluation of Strategic Cost Management Performance
摘要
In this paper through the comprehensive analysis of the factors of enterprises'SCM performance, the target system of enterprises' SCM performance evaluation is established and the method of fuzzy multiple comprehensive evaluation is proposed. This method converts the complicated problems of SCM into a quantitative evaluation target by using fuzzy synthetic operation so that it can evaluate enterprises' SCM performance more scientifically and guide enterprises' SCM to work well.
