中青年超重和肥胖与高血压及高同型半胱胺酸血症的相关性

Objective : To investigate the correlation between high blood pressure, high HCY and overweight as well as obesity in young and middle-aged adults by observing BMI and high HCY levels. Methods : To investigate BMI, blood pressure and HCY levels of 750 young and middle-aged adults, and to make statistical analysis according to the groups. Results : Proportion of overweight and obesity was 31.07% and 12.13% in 750 young and middle-aged adults. Proportion of overweight and obesity was higher in males than in females. ( P <0.01). In total subjects, proportion of hypertension and high homocysteinemia were 17.07% and 9.73% , while proportion of hypertension and high homocysteinemia of overweight and obesity were 28.09% (91/324) and 19.75% (64/324), and they were significantly higher than the normal group ( P <0.01). Blood pressure (systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure) and serum HCY levels were positively correlated with BMI ( r =0.639,0.515,0.497, P <0.01). Conclusions: Over half Young and middle-aged adults, especially males, were overweight or obesity, high blood pressure and high HCY levels were correlated with BMI, high incidence of hypertension and hyperlipidemia HCY with overweight and obesity should be actively combat.
