摘要

An investigation was conducted on the occurrence of rhodanese in different Coprothermobac- ter strains, which might be involved in the cyanide catabolism. The extracellular activity of rhodanese from the Coprothermobacter strains was evaluated. Results show that, every examined strain has ex- tracellular rhodanese activity, which has not been previously reported for members of the genus Coprothermobacter.
