Primary Malignant Melanoma of the Urinary Bladder - A Case Report
摘要
A 74-year-old male was admitted to oncologic section with the diagnsis of metastatic malignant melanoma of left axillary lymph nodes. During the hospitalization, he developed painless. Total gross hematuria. A pedunculated mass with a narrow neck lied over the dome of urinary bladder was found under endoscopic examination.Transurethral excision of bladder tumor was performed , and the pathologic diagnosis revealed it is malignant melanoma. No other tumors were found through de-tailed studies. The history is presented and the literatures are reviewed.
