CAC、欧盟、美国与中国粮食中重金属限量标准的差异分析

摘要

Heavy metal pollution is an important aspect of cereal quality and safety. Countries and organizations all over the world attach great importance to the control of heavy metals in cereals.Through the comparison and analysis of cereal heavy metals limit standards of CAC,European Union, the United States and China, this study has found out the existing gaps in China's current national food safety standards concerning the heavy metals pollution index of cereals, which could provide references for the revision of China's heavy metal limit standards of cereals.(重金属污染是粮食质量安全的一个重要方面,世界各国和组织均十分重视粮食中重金属限量控制。通过对CAC、欧盟、美国和中国粮食中重金属限量标准的对比分析,找出我国现行食品安全国家标准中有关粮食重金属污染控制指标存在的差异,对修订我国粮食中重金属含量的限量标准提供参考和借鉴。)
