摘要

Pleural injury in percutaneous nephrolithotomy is a severe complication, and ordinarily occurs during operation or immediately after operation. We report a case of left upper caliceal stone with infundibular stenosis, who had hydrothorax two weeks later after percutaneous nephrolithotomy. And we also discuss the possible mechanisms for the cause of delayed hydrothorax.
