金纳米棒: 性能、制备、修饰、生物成像技术及应用

摘要

Nanometer materials and nanotechnology have potential applications in the field of biomedicine, particularly in biological technology and imaging. Anisotropic gold nanorods have been widely used in the field of biological imaging as they exhibit high electron density, large absorption cross-sections, surface plasma resonances and excellent bio-compatibility, and are chemically stable. Due to the absorption of the plasmon-enhanced two-photon, gold nanorods can make scattering contrast for dark field microscopy come ture, or emit a strong two-photon. Because the unique size and shape could be exhibited depending on plasmon resonances scattering and absorption, the application of gold nanorod in biomedical imaging has been mounting rapidly. Gold nanorods also can be used in the biomedical field, such as optical coherence tomography and photoacoustic tomography. In this review, we summarize the anisotropic optical properties, preparation, surface modification of the gold nanorods. The dark field scattering imaging, two-photon fluorescence imaging, photoacoustic tomography imaging, optical coherence tomography, X-ray computed tomography and surface enhanced Raman scattering were used to investigate the properties of localized plasmon resonances of gold nanorods. We also highlight the recent progress in the application of gold nanorods in biological imaging, medical diagnosis and therapeutic alliance.
