COMPARISON OF RESULTS ON CAVITATION INCEPTION FOR CHECKINGTHE SCALE EFFECTS
摘要
Results on scale effects for cavitation inception at small and large Reynolds numbers were compared, respectively. The empirical relation for scale effects suggested by Dr. Andreas Keller was checked, which showed that the comparison of results on cavitation inception at small Reynolds numbers below 1×106 was confirmed very well, but at larger Reynolds numbers above the magnitude of 1×106 was not clearly confirmed.
