GC/MS法同时检测生物样品中苯丙胺、甲基苯丙胺及MDMA
摘要
Objective: To improve a GC/MS method for simultaneous determination of amphetamine, methamphetamine and 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) in body fluid and tissue. Methods: The specimens were alkalinized and extracted with ether, the extracts were derivatized with TFA and full scan for qualitative analysis and selection scan for quantitative analysis by GC/MS. Results: The calibration of amphetamine, methamphetamine and MDMA had a good linear relationship from 0.02μg•ml^(-1) to 2.0μg•ml^(-1) and the minimal detection concentration was 0.005μg•ml^(-1) in the plasma. The liner ranges of these drugs were 0.05-5.0μg•g^(-1) and the minimal detection concentration was 0.010μg•g^(-1) in the liver. All the coefficients were not less than 0.9980 and the recoveries were 92.1%-105.2%. Conclusion: This method can be used to detect amphetamine, methamphetamine and MDMA concentrations in biological specimens.
