运动性横纹肌溶解高反应者ACE/CK—MM基因多态性分析

Objective To investigate the distribution polymorphism of ACE gene and CK-MM gene in high responder (HR) of exertional rhabdomyolysis (ERB) of Chinese Han population in china. Methods The polymerase chain reaction and the restriction fragment length polymorphism (PFLP) were used to examine genotype and allele frequencies of 12 cases of ERB HR. Results The allele frequencies of ACE gene in ERB HR were I=54%, D=46%. The frequence of D allel of ERB HR was higer than that of Han control, but no difference in statistics (P=0.146), the Han controls were significant difference with Caucasian (P<0.01). The CK-MM NcoI allele frequencies of Han were A=71%, G=29%. The frequence of G allel of ERB HR was higer than that of Han controls, but no difference in statistics (P=0.078), the CK-MM gene freguencies of Han controls almost consistent with ERB HR of Caucasian (P=0.992). Conclusion The ACE D and CK-MM G of Han ERB HR is higher than that of Han controls.
