道德悖论的矛盾性质与逻辑基础－J. Elster的理论对道德悖论研究的启示
摘要
Theoretical moral paradox and practical moral paradox are two types of moral paradox. Theoretical moral paradox is a fact or state of paradoxical moral theory, and practical moral paradox is a paradoxical situation in realizing the value of morality. The contradictory attribute of theoretical moral paradox is a logical contradiction, and its basis is formal logic. The contradictory attribute of practical moral paradox is a real contradiction, and its logical basis is a practical logic which is being studied. The logical theory that Jon Elster studies real contradiction enlightens us as to studying practical moral paradox.
