牛津髋关节量表(OHS)评价同期双侧全髋置换术的临床研究

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of the one-stage simultaneous bilateral total hip replacement with the Oxford Hip Score. Methods: 22 patients operated with one-stage simultaneous bilateral total hip replacement in our hospital and Tongji Hospital between 2000. 4-2004. 9 were followed up for six months-five years. We evaluated the results with the Oxford Hip Score through letter、telephone and outpatient reexamination. Results: 22 patients'average score of preoperative OHS is 53.62±0.85, belong to ”very bad”; postoperative average score is 19.5±0.71分, belong to ”excellent”. There was a significant difference between preopration and postopration (p＜0.01). Conclusions: One-stage simultaneous bilateral total hip replacement is effective. The OHS is a very useful instrument for assessment of clinical effect the THR.
