支原体肺炎肺外损伤患儿T细胞亚群、IFNγ、TNFα的变化及意义
摘要
[Objective] To investigate cellular immunological function and IFNγ, TNFα of mycoplasma pneumonal with lesion of exo-lung. [Methods] By using flow cytometry the levels of CD3, CD4, CD8, IFNγ and TNFα were measured and analysed for each of the 31 cases mycoplasma pneumonia with lesion of exo-lung, and it was compared with mycoplasma pneumonia. [Results] ① In the acute pneumonia stage, the level of CD3, CD4 in the mycoplasma pneumonia with lesion of exo-lung group was significantly lower than that of mycoplasma pneumonia group, and the level of IFNγ was no significant difference, the level of TNFα were significant higher than that of acute group. ② The level of CD3, CD4 and IFNγ of the mycoplasma pneumonia with lesion of exo-lung group, in the recovery stage was significantly higher than that of acute stage. The level of TNFα was significant lower than that in the acute stage, especially of the cases treated with thymus peptide. [Conclusion] In the acute stage, the cellular immunological function in the mycoplasma pneumonia with lesion of exo-lung was lower than that of mycoplasma pneumonia, TNFα was significant elevated and IFNγ was no significant change in acuted stage. The thymus peptide was useful in the shortage of the course.
