COX-2、VEGF、cyclin D1在胃癌及慢性萎缩性胃炎的表达及其意义
摘要
Objective: To investigate the expression of cyclooxyenase-2 (COX-2), vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) and cyclin D1 in gastric carcinoma and chronice atrophic gastritis and its significance. Methods: The expression of COX-2, VEGF and cyclin D1 in 60 cases of gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis was studied by immunohistochemical method. Results: The positive rate of COX-2 was 66.67% in gastric carcinoma, which was higher than that in chronic atrophic gastritis (P<0.05). The positive rate of VEGF was 76.67% in gastric carcinoma, which was higher than that in chronic atrophic gastritis (P<0.005). The positive rate of cyclin D1 was 61.67% in gastric carcinoma, which was significantly higher than that in chronic atrophic gastritis (P<0.005). Conclusions: The expression level of COX-2, VEGF and cyclin D1 may be closely correlated with the cancerous transformation process of chronic atrophic gastritis.
