政府公報電子化發行初探：以歐盟公報、法國公報與比利時公報為例
摘要
The goal of the official journals of European Union members is mainly to ensure the EU populace may fully acquaint with the integrity regulation as possible. In order to promote the regulation transparency, the electron release solutions of the official journal then becomes the focal point that the EU member countries recently pays a great attention to. By understanding the way and experience that the European Union, Belgium, and France dealing with this topic, might invite the reference opinions for our newly formed Executive Yuan Gazette in the future.
