摘要
This essay expatiates on the reasons for the amendment of the Autonomous Ordinance of Honghe Hani & Yi Nationality Autonomy Prefecture and expounds five essential characteristics of the amendment. The active role that the amendment plays in the social and economic development and the administration of Honghe Prefecture are also stated at length.
