摘要

11-Amino-3-chloro-6, 11-dihydro-5, 5-dioxo-6-methyl-dibenzo [c, f] [1, 2]thiazepine (1) is a significant intermediate for the synthesis of Tianeptine. 1 was synthesized from methyl 4-chloro-2-(chlorosulfonyl)-benzoate and N-methyl aniline in six steps in an overall yield of 46.6%. The structure of the product was confirmed with IR, MS and 1H NMR.
