Traumatic interhemispheric subdural hematoma
摘要
Interhemispheric subdural haematoma (ISH) probably represents one of the rarest forms of posttraumatic intracranial haemorrhages because of the peculiar anatomical location. It was first described at autopay by Airrng and Erans in 1940 and few cases (110) have been reported since Jobobe first described clinical cases in 1955.1-7 Since there is no initial pathognomonic characteristic presenting mode of ISH, ISH would result in a serious situation if not treated properly and promptly. Recently, we treated two patients suffering ISH in our neurosurgery unit.
