异步电动机交－直－交变频矢量控制在宣钢中型材生产线的应用和日常维护

With the AC velocity modulation control theory becoming more perfect, the motor drive control device of the main rolling line has gradually begun to use vector control AC-DC-AC converter. Firstly, its structure and working mechanism and vector control theoretical principles are introduced. Then the transmission structure of Simens 6sE70 series converter used in the main rolling line section product line of Xuanhua Iron and Steel Group is presented, togethor with handling of failure clarm and monitoring of key parameters during routine maintenace. The results suggest that the AC DC-AC converter vector control system of asynchronous motor used in main section rolling lines of Xuanhua Iron and steel Group is significantly superior to the traditional DC velocity control system.
