应用S7-300 PLC进行罩式炉控制系统的设计与分析
摘要
According to structure characteristics and technological requirements of hood-type annealing furnace, Simatic S7-300 PLC is used as a kernel control unit of the system. Master/slave station distributed I/O control of the whole system is realized by use of Profibus. Siemens Step 7 software is adopted to realize PID magnitude limiting control and pulse combustion control of temperature control system. Actual application shows that temperature control accuracy is higher and hardware cost is lower, and the whole system meets the need of technological process perfectly.
