高效液相色谱法测定水产品中土霉素、四环素、金霉素

Objective: To esteblish a simple method for simultaneous detection of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline in aquatic products by HPLC. Methods: A gradient elution method of citric acid with 0.01mol/L acetonitrile was used. The flow rate was 0.4 ml/min in 0~6min, then ascent to 0.8 ml/min in the next 2 min and kept invariable to the end. The detecting wavelength was 355 nm. Results: The limit of detection was 0.010 mg/kg for oxytetracycline, 0.008 mg/kg for tetracycline, 0.035 mg/kg for chlortetracycline, and the linear range was 0.04~1.0 mg/kg (r=0.999). The relative standard deviation was 1.35% and the recovery was 85%~120%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and it can be used to detect the three antibiotics in aquatic products.
