姜黄素对白血病耐药细胞HL-60/ADR的抑制及抗肿瘤作用的研究

摘要

[Objective] To explore the suppression of curcumin on leukemia cell line HL-60/ADR combined with Adriamymin (ADR) on HL-60/ADR cell lines in vitro. [Methods] The suppression of curcumin in on leukemia cell line HL-60/ADR and antitumor effects of the drugs on tumor cells in vitro were determined by MTT method. [Results] Curcumin suppressed the growth of HL-60/ADR obviously these IC were 8.94, 5.21, 3.82µg/mL for 24, 48,72h respectively. Curcumin combining with ADR produced sensitive effect in HL-60/DAR. [Conclusion] Curcumin can suppress the growth on HL60/ADR.
