AMI大鼠心肌组织中SDF-1与MCP-1动态变化及意义
摘要
[Objective] To investigate the expression of SDF-1 and. MCP-1 in myocardial infarct tissue. [Methods] The expression of monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) and stromal cell-1 derived factor-1 (SDF1) were measured by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry in sham operated or infarcted hearts at 1, 2, 4, 7, 14, 28 and 56 days post operation. [Results] Expression of MCP-1 increased at the first day, peaked at 2nd day and decreased there after in the center of myocardial infarct tissue, peaked at 7th day and decresed thereafter in peri-myocardial infarct tissue. Expression of SDF-1 increased and peaked at the first day and decreased thereafter in the center of myocardial infarct stissue and peri-myocardial infarct stissue. Expression of MCP-1 and SDF-1 in tissue without myocardial infarct were normal. [Conclusions] We may treat myocardial infarct according to the expression of MCP-1 and SDF-1.
