纳米粉末Zn0.2Ca0.8TiO3:Pr的合成与表征

Taking CaTiO3 as the substrate and doping Zn(superscript 2+) ions, the nano-powder of Zn0.2Ca0.8TiO3:Pr was synthesized by Sol-gel method. Its structure, morphology and fluorescent properties are characterized by XRD, TEM, emission and excitation spectra and other test methods. The results show that, Zn0.2Ca0.8TiO3: Pr is with the square lattice structure whose grain size increases with the ignition temperature and the significant aggregation of particles can be seen from the TEM photographs at high temperature. The emission peak value of Zn0.2Ca0.8TiO3:Pr increases gradually with temperature increase and reaches the maximum value at 612 nm Department at 1000℃. Its excitation spectrum is the broadband spectrum which splits into two excitation peaks with the temperature increasing gradually and reaches the main peak excitation at 261 nm and 327 nm. The performance tests show that the afterglow time of Zn0.2Ca0.8TiO3:Pr can be achieved 100 ms.
