“农家乐”旅游发展现状及对策－以甘肃省庆阳市庆城县为例

Agritainment is a farm-based tourism, includes family outing and entertaining activities, such as corn mazes, haunted hay rides, pick-your-own pumpkins, etc. The present paper is an attempt to introduce the development status of agritainment in Qingcheng County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province. Some problems which included similar business modes, imperfect infrastructure, shortage of management philosophy, insufficient advertisement, unskilled agritainment workers, lack of credits, etc., have been put forward. Several development strategies, in order to provide references for further development of agritainment in China, have been proposed, which were as follows: scientific guidance and standardized operations, improvement of rural infrastructure, exploration of rural specialized resources and development of specialized local products, training and improvement of agritainment workers' quality, proper advertising, etc.
