江苏省海安县中、小学生食品安全知、信、行调查分析
摘要
[Objective] To understand knowledge, attitude and practice about food safety among primary and middle school students in Haian, and provide evidence for implementing health education among primary and middle school students. [Methods] 1642 students were selected from 6 primary and middle schools in Haian to conduct a questionnaire survey about food safety, attitude and practice according to stratified random sampling method. [Results] The awareness rate of food safety was 37.5%, correct answer rate of attitude was 73.7%, behavior formation rate was 64.2%, Radio and television are the main way for primary and middle school students to access to food safety knowledge. [Conclusion] The awareness rate of food safety is lower among primary and middle school students in Haian, It is necessary to strengthen food safety education.
