恩施地区乙型肝炎患者HBV DNA YMDD变异的检测
摘要
Objective To investigate the existence of HBV DNA YMDD mutation in patients with chronic hepatitis B in Enshi Autonomous prefecture. Methods The ALT level, HBV DNA, and HBV DNA YMDD mutation in the patients with chronic hepatitis B were detected and analyzed. Results HBV DNA YMDD mutation was found in 15 out of 100 patients with hepatitis B (positive rate 15%). HBV DNA YMDD mutation was found in 12 out of 60 patients receiving lamivuding therapy (positive rate 20%), but HBV DNA YMDD mutation was found in 3 out of 40 patients without lamivuding therapy (positive rate 7.5%). In the 15 patients with HBV DNA YMDD mutation, HBV DNA and ALT level were 5.21×10^4~1.34×10^8 copies/ml and 38~1100 U/L respectively. Conclusion The existence of HBV DNA YMDD mutation in patients with chronic hepatitis B in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture may occur during the process of lamivuding therapy or may exist naturally. The existence of HBV DNA YMDD in patients with chronic hepatitis B mutation in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture is unrelated with gender, age, serum viral load or ALT level.
