E-government： What can China learn from Europe？

摘要

This article compares China with European Union (EU) in e-government readiness and e-participation. The research shows that China has made remarkable progress in recent years. Nevertheless, EU is still leading in the e-government development.Then based on the further analysis of the e-government implementation experiences in EU, we propose some suggestionsfor the future development of e-government in China.
