复方Ca(OH)2等三种药物防治根管预备后激惹反应的临床研究
摘要
Objective To compare and observe the effect of compound Ca(OH)2, Ca(OH)2 and FC in prevention and treatment of irritation response after root canal preparation. Methods Some stomatological outpatients with non-acute pulpitis were picked out randomly and then divided up into experimental group (A), control group (B) and control group (C). After routine root canal preparation, the affected teeth were sealed with cotton swabs soaked with compound Ca(OH)2, Ca(OH)2 and FC and were observed for three days in terms of the occurring of irritation response. Results 531 cases were studied altogether, including 181 cases in the experimental group (A), 131 cases in the control group (B) and 177 in the control group (C). Observation and statistics revealed that on the third day after operation the average rate of irritation response of the three groups was 9.39%, 20.23% and 33.90% respectively. The difference between group A and B (or between group B and group C) was obvious (P<0.05) while the difference between group A and group C was significant (P<0.001). Conclusion The three kinds of medicine used for irritation response after root canal preparation can be sequenced as compound Ca(OH)2>Ca(OH)2>FC in therapeutic effect intensity. The first two are preferred as the intracanal medicine after root canal preparation.
