视频编码新标准——H．26L
摘要
H.26L is new generation of video coding standard, which can reduce the bit-rate for a given subjective quality compared to H.263+ to about 50%. In this paper, some outstanding properties of H.26L are introduced in more detail, including: intra-frame residual coding, integer cosine transform, universal variable length coding, double scanning, a number of different blocksized used for motion prediction and 1/8 pixel motion estimation etc.
