牛生长激素BGH基因的克隆及其真核表达载体pEGFP-N1-BGH的构建

摘要

The bovine growth hormone (BGH) gene was amplified from the tissue of calf brain pituitary by RT-PCR and cloned into the eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-N1. The recombinants were further identified by PCR amplification, enzyme digestion and DNA sequencing. The results showed that the eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-N1 was successfully constructed.
