电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法测定植物样品中K、Mo、Na、Sr和Zn

摘要

The work conditions of ICP-AES were optimized experimentally. The optimal conditions were as follows: power of RF as 950W, pressure of nebulizer as 0.193MPa. Standard sample of wheat (GBW10011) was determinated to verify the accuracy of the method. The method was accurate with recovery of 93.1%-102.0%, and detection limits of 4, 0.07, 1, 0.04, 0.05μg/g, respectively. The determination results of actual rice and wheat flour samples show that the method is suitable for determination of K, Mo, Na, Sr and Zn in plant samples.
