Hg(上标 2+)对胡萝卜愈伤组织生长过程中POD和木质素的影响
摘要
Treatments with different Hg(superscript 2+) concentration led to reduction in the carrot callus growth, and callus growth rate correlated negatively with Hg(superscript 2+) concentration added. Histochemically, the results indicated that POD activity increased with the growth rate of callus within the same tissue; and lignin deposit density within the cell wall increased with the growth of callus over time, displaying a trend similar to POD activity alteration upon Hg(superscript 2+) imposition; Furthermore, more tracheary elements was observed in the callus tissue subjected to Hg(superscript 2+) than that in control. From these above data, it could be inferred that POD-promoted biosynthesis of lignin might account for the inhibition on callus differentiation by Hg(superscript 2+) treatment.
