对城市文化遗产必须坚持“抢救、研究、开发”三位一体六字法

According to the issue of the attitude and the way of doing something about the city cultural heritage in the past, this article advocates that we must insist on rescuing、researching and exploiting the city's cultural heritage. It proposes that the database of the city's cultural heritage should be set up in full scale and deeply like digging well and catching all the fishes in the pond, and the database also should be kept up accumulating and protected, so that we can return the history to its original condition. We can use the researching methods of revealing connotation and finding gene to know the historical information and track left by the people who lived in past times, and we can combine gaining the intellectual and material civilization with making profit by way of exploiting the city cultural heritage. Promoted by the economic return, the cultural heritages can attain effective protection, and study on those cultural heritages would also make contribution to the society and our descendants, thus in return promote the development of social economy and achieve great economic benefit.
