化学镀非晶态Ni-Cu-P合金镀层作为新型弹药包装材料的耐环境试验研究
摘要
The amorphous Ni-Cu-P alloy plating was plated on the surface of engineering plastic by use of new type of chemical plating technique. The alloy plating was tested with different environmental test methods, such as high temperature, low temperature, sunlight, drench, etc. The adhesion between plating and body was tested with nick and bending, and the efficiency of electromagnetic shield of plating also tested by through of the coaxial transmission line measurement. The results showed that the adhesion between plating is good and the electromagnetic shield efficiency has little changing. The quality of plating is in accord with the requirement of weapon ammunition packaging.
