APPLICATION OF SYNERGETIC LUMINESCENCE TO TIME-RESOLVED FLUOROIMMUNOASSAY
摘要
Synergetic luminescence, a phenomenon producing more strongly fluorescent species, i. e. some of the lanthanides, yttrium and alkaline-earth metal ions, can enhance the instrinsic fluorescence of a lanthanide complex and improve its analytical characteristics.Unfortunately, because the concentrations of the synergetic ions must be controlled strictly, the use of the system in the analysis of rare earth ores is limited.
