电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定废水中锌、铬、铅、镉、铜和砷
摘要
Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was developed to simultaneously determine the content of six elements including Zn, Cr, Pb, Cd, Cu and As in waste water. The experimetal conditions were optimized including the wavelength, the power of the incident light, the nebulizer pressure and the amount of injection analyte. The interference factors from samples were eliminated through the background correction of spectral line. Satisfactory linearity of the calibration curves of six elements was obtained, giving all their correlation coefficients over 0.9994. The detection limits of these elements were found in the range from 0.0007 to 0.0085 μg/mL. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the results were less than 5.5% and the recoveries from 94.0% to 105.0% were obtained in the application of this method to the analysis of waste water.
