caveolin-1 mRNA在小鼠牙发育过程中的表达
摘要
Objective: To study the expressidon of caveolin-1 mRNA in tooth development of mouse with different mes-enchymal cells. Methods: Total RNA was extracted from E9.5 ectoderm mesenchymal cells and E16.5 tooth germ mesenchymal cells of mouse and the gene mRNA was determined by using RT-PGR technique. Results: caveolin-1 mRNA was detected in both mesenchymal cells and its level in tooth germ mesenchymal cells is higer than that in ectoderm mesenchymal cells. Conclusion: caveolin-1 may play a important role in tooth development of mouse.
