聚苯胺与Si/C/N复合粉体的制备及其微波介电特性
摘要
Nano Si/C/N encapsulated by polyaniline has been synthesized by in-situ polymerization. The polyaniline-Si/C/N composites obtained are sphere with its size in the range of 1-3μm. The permittivity e', e” and dissipation factor tanδ of polyaniline-Si/C/N composites are higher than pure Si/C/N. Their e' change between 5.16 and 5.88, and e” change between 1.96 and 2.53. The tanδ rise up to 0.38-0.43. So the polyaniline-Si/C/N composites have a new good microwave dielectric properties. The e', e” tanδ of polyaniline-Si/C/N composite powders decrease with frequency in the frequency range of 8.2-12.4GHz. These new features make the composites be a kind of promising microwave absorber.
