对我国区域发展政策“主体功能区”的认识和思考
摘要
Under the specific conditions in the new era, China's regional development policy has a new breakthrough. The proposal of main functional areas in the Eleventh Five-year Plan has been a great innovation which provides a new idea to promote balanced regional development. At present, we must strengthen three kinds of consciousness and three pieces of work to promote the construction of main functional areas and the balanced regional development.
