当代中国初次分配正义原则的建构－基于约翰•罗默分配正义理论的视角
摘要
Distributive justice is not only the focus issue in contemporary political philosophy, but also in Chinese distribution. The achievement of justice depends largely on what kind of principles is introduced. We will pay more emphasis on fairness, achieve the unity of equity and efficiency, so that the initial distribution embodies the spirit of justice. Taking examples from John E. Roemer's justicial principles of equality of opportunity, personal effort and the interests of society's most disadvantaged groups, we must practice the principle of equality, desert and compensation in the initial distribution field.
