苯并呋咱-N-氧化物及其衍生物合成工艺研究概况
摘要
Great development has been made in recent years in the study on the syntheses of benzofuroxan (BFO) and its derivatives, especially on the synthesis methods and techniques of oxidizing 2-nitroaniline or its derivatives with sodium hypochlorite. In such synthesis, 2-nitroaniline or its derivatives is used as reacting agent and sodium hypochlorite as oxidant in the catalysis of alkali metal hydrates to synthesize BFO or its derivatives. The study is generally focused on cost and pollution reduction, safety improvement, and waste treatment. In the meantime, the working conditions are made less strict for the production process to be more rational, especially in the aspects of reducing degree of by-reaction and consumption of solvents, etc, different methods have their special characteristics. The techniques include the method where ethanol or methanol is taken as solvents, phase transfer catalysis toluene or benzene, water with surfactants as mediate, and so on. The studies of syntheses of benzofuroxan (BFO) and its derivatives are reviewed.
