负载表柔比星的磁性CS-PAA-EPI纳米粒在人膀胱癌移植瘤模型中的抗肿瘤作用

Objective To investigate the effects of CS-PAA-EPI polymer magnetic nanoparticle on human bladder cancer transplanted tumor model. Methods Magnetic CS-PAA-EPI nanopaticle was composed by CS, acrylic monomer (AA), EPI and Fe3O4 nanopaticle. Human bladder cancer transplanted tumor model was established. The tumor weight inhibition rate, the tumor volume inhibition rate and apotosis rate were detected, which was used to evaluate the antitumor effects of CS-PAA-EPI polymer magnetic nanoparticle. Results Compared with control group, the tumor weight inhibition rate (83.3%), the tumor volumet inhibition rate (77.8%) and apotosis rate (75.3%) in experimental group were significantly increased (P<0.01). Conclusions The effect of CS-PAA-EPI polymer magnetic nanoparticle targeting chemotherapy on bladder caner was much better than that of conventional chemotherapy. We believe that targeting chemotherapy has a good application future in bladder caner therapy.
